The taking, or attempt to take, anything ov value from the care, custody,
and control from a person or persons by force, or threat of force
or violence and/or putting the victim on fear. |
Assault: |
An unlawful attack, or attempted attack, by one person upon another for
the purpose of inflicting severe or aggravated bodily injury. |
Theft/Larceny: |
Includes all thefts not included in Robbery, Burglary and Motor Vehicle
Theft. |
Auto Theft: |
Includes the theft and attempted theft of motor vehicles. |
Arson: |
The unlawful burning, or attempt to burn, property which may or may not
belong to the person causing the fire. |
